Our Aims are:

We aim to understand and support young adults who experience difficulties whilst growing up, having to endure unfortunate circumstances such as family breakdown, disruption to education or loss to stable accommodation and have other complex needs besides.

All of which may result in challenging behaviour and attitudes towards self and others. It is our aim to help young adults find stability and self worth for themselves within their local communities.

Our Vision is:

To facilitate optimum life chances for disadvantaged young people to move forward into adulthood, and become happy, independent citizens within their own local communities. Complimenting the national ECM "Every Child Matters" agenda.

Stability for a young person maybe affected by:

  • Physical health
  • Mental health
  • Financial situation / Lack of budgeting skills
  • Legal situation
  • Housing at risk
  • Social and family situations
  • Education and or employment
  • Cultural mix
  • Excessive and over use of drugs and alcohol
  • Boredom

We aim to take into consideration all factors that may make a young person reluctant to seek support or advice. We can provide a confidential, discreet and empowering service.

Referrals. We accept referrals from:

  • Housing and accommodation providers
  • Criminal Justice Services / Probation / prison services
  • Independent Schools
  • Mental Health services
  • Local Authorities Departments
    • Social services
    • Child Protection
    • Youth and Support
    • Youth Justice Services
    • Vulnerable adults
